Annual Sponsorship Award
该奖项旨在表彰医学系的一名教员，该教员通过担任赞助者的方式，表现出对支持和提升女性教员和研究员的承诺. 在工作小组年度晚宴上颁发赞助奖.
A sponsor 一个处于领导地位的人是否积极支持一个资历较浅的教员或实习生的职业发展，并在他们身上看到了职业和领导潜力. 赞助活动可能包括但不限于以下内容:提名女性参加(i)奖项, (ii) scholarships, (iii) editorial boards, (iv) meeting/session chairs, 引人注目的机构和国家委员会. 赞助商也可以在指导女性担任领导角色方面发挥关键作用. 导师可以作为担保人，尽管不是所有的导师都有资格担任担保人. 最近的证据表明，赞助对事业成功很重要, 而且可能对促进妇女和代表性不足的少数民族的职业发展以及解决领导职位的不平等问题至关重要.

Tracking Gender Equity

Data Collection
The TF tracks leadership roles in the DOM, monitors salary equity, promotions, awards, and the composition of key DOM committees.
