The Adolescent 和 Young Adult Specialty Clinic at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital provides specialized care for the physical, mental 和 social well-being of adolescents 和 young adults ages 12 to 21. We also assist our local primary care physicians 和 specialists in caring for teens 和 young adults in our community. Our expert team specializes in the unique concerns 和 emotional needs of adolescents 和 provides a patient-specific care plan. We also provide support 和 guidance when it comes time to transition to adult care.
In addition to our comprehensive care, we have access to pediatric specialists 和 subspecialists throughout our hospital 和 can provide a seamless transition for patients who need additional specialty care beyond our services.

The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Adolescent 和 Young Adult Specialty Clinic participates in educating 和 training residents on all levels of adolescent 和 young adult care. Our residents are on a six-week rotation schedule in our clinic 和 during their time, create patient 和 family brochures on important teen topics. It is part of our mission to research important topics relevant to children, families 和 the community 和 participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Reese is the director of the Adolescent 和 Young Adult Specialty Clinic within the Division of 一般儿科 和 Adolescent Medicine. She is also the adolescent medicine rotation director for the pediatric residency program. She joined the 约翰霍普金斯儿童医院 medical staff in 2016 和 serves as a full-time assistant professor of pediatrics in the Johns Hopkins University 医学院. Dr. Reese’s clinical interests include reproductive health 和 mental health, 和 her research focuses are medical education 和 curriculum development in adolescent mental health 和 depression. She is an active member of the Society for Adolescent 健康 和 Medicine, where she also serves as the secretary for the southeast United States region.

Dr. Silva is a bilingual adolescent medicine physician in the Adolescent Medicine 和 Young Adult Specialty Clinic at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She earned her medical degree from Ross University 医学院 和 completed her residency at the University of 佛罗里达 健康 College of Medicine, 杰克逊维尔, 佛罗里达. She also completed a fellowship in adolescent medicine at Johns Hopkins University 医学院.
